3. Account Registration & Verification
3.1 One Account Per Player

4.5 Failed or Disputed Transactions

5.5 Expiry

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by c7666
c7666 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or criminal purposes; (c) the account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period; or (d) the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to c7666.
8.2 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your c7666 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, c7666 will process the closure within five business days and will return any remaining verified balance to your registered payment method. Note that accounts subject to active bonus wagering obligations, open bets, or pending withdrawal requests cannot be closed until those matters are resolved.
8.3 Self-Exclusion

10. Limitation of Liability

c7666 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times; (b) defects in the Platform will be corrected promptly; (c) the Platform or the servers that host it are free from viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results obtained from the use of the Platform will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, c7666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if c7666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits c7666's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
